Job Context

We are looking for a passionate HR Professional with significant experience and expertise in Compensation and Day-to-Day HR Operations. The ideal candidate must have the expertise and experience in handling a pool of talented and dynamic individuals at corporate level. The success in this role will be defined by timely disbursement of remuneration and other benefits, smoother day-to-day HR Operations, HR Database Management, maintaining organizational disciplines, handling grievances and ensuring employee satisfaction.

What You Will Do

  • Prepare monthly salary sheet.
  • Prepare yearly festival bonus report
  • Prepare monthly joining, resign, OT, Night Duty, Short project compensation report.
  • Coordinate employee’s Confirmation
  • Coordinate employee’s Contract Renewal.
  • Coordinate internal transfer of the employees when required.
  • Identify and prepare Policies as per the requirement to ensure the best practices.
  • Manage employees’ medical coverage / claim as per company policy.
  • Management employees’ attendance and leave, find trends and generate relevant reports.
  • Maintain HRIS and improve it for better and effective use.
  • Conduct exit clearance process and complete final settlement.
  • Oversee employees ID card & Business Card management
  • Draft various types administration letter such as: transfer letter, warning letter, show-cause letter, NOC, LOI, VISA Forwarding Letter, Experience letter, etc.
  • Assist Risk & Compliance team in different audits such as: ISO, PCI DSS, CMMI etc by providing required information and documents.
  • Make the office premises greener & decorate to have aesthetic look.
  • Regular monitoring on hygiene, quality, food menu etc
  • Assist to arrange festival: Pahela Baishak, Pitha Uthsob, Bashanto Utshob, New Year Women’s, Annual picnic, Soft Expo, Smart Expo etc.
KSAOs Required to Win This Job
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Bengali.
  • Significant expertise on Payroll and Employee Benefits and Reward Management.
  • Professional Level Excel and Power Point Skills.
  • Ability work in a team and lead.
  • In-depth knowledge in Labor Laws.
  • Expertise in HRIS and ERP.
Your Education and Experience
  • BBA/MBA Majoring in HRM from a reputed University.
  • 5 to 6 Years of experience in Corporate HR. If you have the experience in Tech Industry, you have the advantage.
