We are looking for Deputy Manager for the department Business Development, who will look after corporate & B2B Sales related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Those who are experienced only in the Corporate Sales & B2B Sales department and have enough skill for high corporate sales & B2B Sales are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
  • Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
  • Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales Must achieve the different monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
  • Guiding the team towards success in terms of Revenue Growth, Market Development, Process Improvement and Team building.
  • Present and sell company services to potential clients. Follow up with business development team on regular basis.
  • Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
  • Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets
  • Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance of the team as per the KPI
  • Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
  • Analyze competitor’s activity, sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.
  • Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
  • Ensuring required inter-department communication for any service integration, process improvement, legal aspect etc.
  • Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers and produce written information.
  • Create, manage, and mature leads for the business.
  • Setting individual sales targets within the team.
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Analyzing weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales reports
  • Monitor and follow-up project status and accordingly ensure on-time execution and collection process from the signed clients.
  • Assist HOD in developing and implementing sales plans for new and existing software products
KSAOs That You Must Have
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent business communication, negotiation, and formal presentation skill.
  • Good analytical, planning and coordination skill.
  • Good knowledge in MS Office, MS Excel and Power-point.
  • A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, pro-activeness and good communication skills is a MUST for this position.
  • Strong aptitude to learn new technologies and leverage business analysis skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet hard deadlines.
Your Education and Experience
  • BBA/BSc and/or MBA/MS from a reputed university with major in Marketing/CSE/CS/Finance or any other relevant subject.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in the following area(s): Corporate Sales/ B2B Business/ Enterprise Solution Sales with proven track record.
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bulk SMS, Voice SMS, Email Marketing, Enterprise Solution product (Chatbot, Campaign Design and Planning, Digital solutions, Software Sales).
