We are looking for Deputy Manager for the department Business Development, who will look after corporate & B2B Sales related issues and will be responsible for achieving sales targets. Those who are experienced only in the Corporate Sales & B2B Sales department and have enough skill for high corporate sales & B2B Sales are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to reach new market segments & explore new markets to contribute to the sales increase
- Develop and implement strategic sales & marketing plans designed to achieve sustained growth.
- Assist for effective and result oriented communication, presentations to corporate sales & B2B Sales Must achieve the different monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target
- Guiding the team towards success in terms of Revenue Growth, Market Development, Process Improvement and Team building.
- Present and sell company services to potential clients. Follow up with business development team on regular basis.
- Collect the latest market information and incorporate them into a marketing plan/strategy
- Able to handle the stress of multiple high-pressure deadlines Plan and organize the implementation of the brand strategy to ensure the achievement of all targets
- Formulating sales KPI and monitoring the performance of the team as per the KPI
- Understand the importance of customer relationship and satisfaction and ventilate the same feeling with each of the team members
- Analyze competitor’s activity, sales trends, and track unit sales to ensure competitive advantage.
- Execute any other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- Ensuring required inter-department communication for any service integration, process improvement, legal aspect etc.
- Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers and produce written information.
- Create, manage, and mature leads for the business.
- Setting individual sales targets within the team.
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
- Analyzing weekly, monthly, quarterly & yearly sales reports
- Monitor and follow-up project status and accordingly ensure on-time execution and collection process from the signed clients.
- Assist HOD in developing and implementing sales plans for new and existing software products
