We are hiring competent Executives for our Merchant Success Team in E-Commerce Services Department under SSLCOMMERZ. Being the important member of the team, you will be ensuring that the merchants are getting what they need from time to time. You will be regularly communicating with the merchants, identifying their needs, solving their problems, and making sure that all the compliance requirements are met. You will be responsible for delivering a higher standard of experience to merchants and sealing sustainable business growth for the organization.
Your Roles & Responsibilities
- Check Compliance and provide live credentials for API integration
- Generating QR for individual offline merchant
- Collect MID from individual banks for individual merchants
- Create sub store under individual merchant
- Assist Supervisor/HOD in Developing and implementing compliance and system upgradation
- Investigate and solve merchants’ problems
- Coordinate with the technical and compliance team on a day-to-day basis to ensure compliance
- Merchant profile update- bank account change, company change, documents change, TDR change etc.
- Registration guidance- Helping the merchant to successfully register in the panel
- Anticipate and analyze prevailing market trends at any particular period
- Verify Change Request for merchant account information, bank details etc.
- Calculate all risks related to business and transaction proposals
- Employ compliance for merchant onboarding guided by the regularity body
- Involvement in different projects
- Providing weekly/monthly/yearly reports
- Settlement enabling
- Maintain relationship with Bank/Financial Institutes for merchant stable connectivity
