We are looking for some young, dynamic, and energetic sales person for merchant acquisition and business development Executive for providing fintech solutions. This candidate should have at least 1 to 2 years of proven experience only in the Account Management/ Acquisition.
What You Will Do
- Achieve given sales targets by effective sales management
- Enrich customer portfolio through client acquisition, mostly focusing on Tourism Industry
- Must be prepared for daily visits or merchants’ meetings
- Finding prospects SME merchants and generating leads
- Communicating with potential and existing customers physically for developing business
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
- Meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets
- Conducting market research on similar services or products
- Maintaining smart communications between customers, internal teams, and vendors
- B2B & B2C partnership for executing value added services
- Coordinate & collaborate with other teams for client acquisition
- Planning and presenting reports on sales progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives
- Maintaining CRM database
- Developing process, system & database to get insight of market
- Needs to go to work outside Dhaka on regular basis
